Scott Dalziel

I have a real passion for Talent Development and bring over 20 years of experience from working in the Skills and Employability sectors. I specialise in continuous improvement methodology and work with employers to meet their strategic skills and recruitment objectives whilst amplifying Apprenticeships and vocational pathways. I am proud to be part of the Apprenticeship Ambassador network and was chair of the Midlands Cornerstone Employer Network. I also work as an Enterprise Advisor for the Careers and Enterprise Company giving me the platform to share knowledge and experience with key strategic stakeholders. I am also a serial networker and thrive on making new connections.
