My career in financial services spans over 25 years as a senior technology and programme manager, focusing on remediating distressed projects within tier 1 investment banks. I have delivered a number of solutions across service delivery, application support, production support and related business areas. As an experienced change manager, I get to apply my project management skills across high profile programmes with a focus on PMO, risk management, organisational structure, governance and control. This broad experience enables me to work on a range of assignments with a variety of clients. I also advise and lead delivery on individual and organisational change, career and behavioural development.
