I’ve recently joined the world of consulting after 20+ years focused on insurance with experience spanning project management, product development, compliance, systems, operations, sales channel development and training. Key accomplishments include leading the strategic development of Scotiabank’s insurance centres, the launch of an insurance company in Barbados, and delivery of Thomson Reuter’s Accelus. During the latter, I was responsible for the design, configuration and steady state operation of enterprise-wide Regulatory Compliance Management Program with a focus on regulatory content. I have a degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto and am a certified agile scrum master and product owner.
