My aim is to support people in unlocking their potential. Over the last ten years I have specialised in behavioural development. With experience in a vast array of sectors, working across all levels of seniority, I have focused on early talent and leadership and management development. I enjoy creating customised programs, designed for established teams and individuals, to support growth, and to resourcefully face challenges. From the Royal Navy to Investment Banking, to personal development, I have enjoyed a varied career that has been interwoven with personal challenges for my own development and growth as a coach, facilitator and consultant.
