His experience spans asset servicing, client management, sales, product development and business leadership, with deep expertise in capital markets operations, middle-office servicing, outsourcing and data-led transformation. Peter helps organisations simplify complex operating structures, drive efficiency and build resilient, scalable models for future growth.
Before joining Davies, Peter held senior leadership positions at one of the world's largest global asset servicing organisations, including serving as Head of Middle Office. These roles shaped his belief that operational efficiency and consistent data models are critical, yet often underestimated, drivers of successful transformation. As a result, he advocates for strong data foundations and the competitive advantage they create.
