I have worked in financial services consulting for 14 years, joining my first client engagement amid the global financial crisis. I’ve spent the intervening time helping to deliver effective, sustainable, regulatory change in investment banking. I have extensive experience in OTC derivative change programmes (including EMIR, Dodd-Frank and MiFID) and in legal entity change programmes (including ring-fencing and Brexit). I am a strong believer in the value of consulting and change management, and I am actively involved in developing our propositions and our people.
