I have worked within the tier 1 capital markets sector for 14 years and have gained invaluable front to back experience in change projects across multiple asset classes: cash equities, bonds, OTCs, ETDs, structured products and mortgage securities. I have been involved in numerous portfolio migrations, trade compression cycles, and continuous process improvement projects working with change and IT. I have knowledge and experience of the full lifecycle of regulatory and transformation programmes, with experience in stakeholder management across several streams and the ability to run multiple working groups and forums.
