I have over ten years of HR experience from a range of different sectors including oil and gas, healthcare and finance. As a compensation and benefits Manager, based in the UK, my main focus at Davies is to provide support on employee benefits, payroll, performance management cycles, managing employee data, reporting and HR systems. I have also gained global experience by working closely and supporting our colleagues in our other regions. I enjoy covering a variety of areas and developing within the financial services sector as the company grows.
