Mike Prior is a Director in the Asset Management industry at Davies. With more than 25 years of experience across asset management, financial services and consulting, he helps organisations modernise operating models, improve data capabilities and deliver complex transformation programmes.
Throughout his career, Mike has worked across management consulting, asset management operations, programme leadership and business transformation. He specialises in operating model design, data strategy, AI adoption and delivery governance, helping firms turn strategic objectives into practical business outcomes.
Before joining Davies in 2021, Mike worked at HSBC Global Asset Management, where he delivered transformation initiatives across investment management operations and technology. As a result, he developed a strong understanding of the challenges firms face when implementing large-scale change.
Today, Mike works with asset managers, wealth managers, investment firms and asset servicers in the UK and internationally. He supports clients through operating model transformation, technology modernisation, data management improvement and AI-enabled change.
