Ross Brown is a Principal Consultant in Davies’ Asset and Wealth Management capability, with 20 years of industry experience. He helps wealth managers and investment platform providers turn strategic objectives into practical, achievable change.
Ross specialises in operating-model design, product development and technology-enabled transformation. His experience includes launching white-labelled platforms, establishing platform operations and technology, and introducing new propositions. He also supports operating-model reviews, acquisition due diligence, operational team design and complex change delivery.
Clients engage Ross when they need to understand how a decision will affect their people, processes, technology and services. He helps them define the required changes, assess options and create a clear route towards their strategic goals. In addition, he brings structure to challenging programmes and projects involving difficult supplier relationships.
