I have worked in financial services for over 28 years, performing a variety of roles across IT and operations including project, programme, portfolio and transformation management in a tier 1 bank. I was recently responsible for transforming a tier 1 bank to operate in a DevOps way, by implementing agile ways of working, learning business processes and providing up-skilling teams. I also have practical experience in the education and development of technologists. With the skills and experience I have attained; I am able to lead and work on client assignments autonomously.
