Tina's expertise spans distribution, product development, business strategy and operations. She helps clients balance cost efficiency with investment in growth, using technology, data and AI to support innovation, expand into alternative asset classes and enhance client experience.
Throughout her career, Tina has held senior leadership roles including CEO of several asset managers, Global Head of Distribution and Global Head of Product. She has also led major operational functions for global service providers, overseeing transfer agency and fund accounting. As a result, she brings extensive experience across operating model design, product strategy and large-scale business transformation.
Today, Tina works with some of the world's largest asset managers, as well as boutique firms across private markets and infrastructure. She helps organisations simplify operating models, develop innovative products and create more efficient, client-focused services. In addition, she works closely with industry associations, regulators and technology providers to stay informed on emerging trends and market developments. Building strong, lasting relationships is central to her approach, and she focuses on creating trusted partnerships that support clients through every stage of transformation.
Away from work, Tina is an avid golfer and a passionate vinyl collector, with a personal library of thousands of records spanning genres from rock and jazz to classical and opera.
