I have 10 years of analytical experience built within a financial services/BPO background in a wide variety of roles - working as part of and later leading continuous improvement, quality assurance, data, and insight functions. In my current role, I have taken the lead in the development of our BI Reporting methodology, leveraging my background in insight analysis and data visualisation to grow our capability in this space across multiple client projects. The key strengths developed from my experience and background are a working knowledge of insight and reporting functions within a business, first-hand experience in designing and implementing insight strategies and outputs, and understanding what stakeholders require from their BI reporting suite.
