With over 10 years of experience in learning and development consultancy, I am fortunate to have worked with global brands spanning multiple industries, including retail, pharmaceuticals and insurance. As a certified practitioner in PRINCE2 and Agile, I utilise the most effective methodologies to oversee the delivery of large-scale projects, for example, onboarding transformations, leadership development and global sales programmes. Within my role as Head of Client Experience, my focus is to create a strategy that delivers a client-centric and market-leading experience for our clients throughout their journey, alongside process optimisation to support the achievement of this.
