With a Ph.D. in neuroscience, I truly believe that brain health and wellbeing are crucial ingredients for effective leadership, performance and lasting behaviour change. I am passionate about helping leaders thrive by enhancing their mental fitness and creating new, sustainable habits needed in increasingly uncertain and complex workplaces. Working with the organisational development team, I use ever expanding insights from neuroscience to raise awareness of our emotions and neurophysiology and support leaders create conditions for optimal brain performance. As a mindfulness meditation teacher, I also use mindfulness-based interventions to support leadership, resilience and human centred change.
