My experience spans across a range of sectors including finance, pharmaceutical, and legal for both start-up and much larger, established organizations. As a business partner for Davies's North American divisions, I support HR functions for Canada and the U.S. like providing the best medical and retirement benefits available for our markets, or by delivering a great onboarding experience for new joiners. Partnering with my colleagues on the global people team, I’ve worked on projects that impact employees across the company such as the creation of policies, revamping the people intranet site, or leveraging existing HR platforms to enable us to continue making Davies a great place to work.
