During my 30-year career in financial services I have worked for a number of global asset managers and service providers, most recently BNP Paribas Securities Services and Pershing, where I held senior positions in institutional product, change and operations. I now bring the diverse skills and breadth of industry experience I acquired to my consulting role, by advising my clients on identifying and implementing lasting, beneficial change such as business and product strategy, operating model review and design, including outsource options where appropriate and organisational structural enhancement.
