We manage more than 200,000 claims per annum across the UK & Ireland, helping our clients to control and manage more than £1.5bn of annual claim cost. Our claims solutions span property, casualty, and motor as well as niche insurance classes such as sports, leisure, and travel, and other specialist personal lines.

Supply Chain Solutions

Supply Chain Solutions

We provide integrated supply chain and fulfilment solutions across all classes of property and motor claims. Our property business manages repairs ranging from minor escape of water claims to complex project managed solutions.

We utilise our teams of Surveyors, Engineers and Performance Managers to ensure the correct solution is applied for disaster restoration, repairs and accommodation. Our property network includes damage mitigation experts, specialists to assist with asbestos removal, through to domestic and commercial reinstatement and construction.

Our motor business provides desktop and physical engineering services (via our TLSS business), using leading repair evaluation tools, and a fully managed, UK-wide, repair network with capability for cars, prestige vehicles, motorcycles, light & heavy commercial vehicles, passenger service vehicles, agricultural and specialist vehicles.

We provide courtesy cars or controlled cost hire in appropriate cases. Recovery and storage and salvage disposal are included in our managed supply chain solution and for injury claims we manage legal services and rehabilitation.

Technology

What are our APIs?

Our API’s are a set of interfaces to allow our clients to access real time data from our claims handling systems. When we talk about our APIs we mean web APIs that allow data to travel over the internet via encrypted and authenticated HTTPs requests, served in JSON-formatted text for developers or service consumers to use in any language.

Hosted and powered by Microsoft Azure reliability, scalability and speed won’t be a concern. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to integrate your systems and business processes with ours, delivering the data you need to power your apps, backend systems, websites or M.I.

How it Works

Davies Group API’s use REST and a web hook call back pattern to notify clients of data updates, the HTTP request methods GET and POST are used to create a subscription, notify you of events you have subscribed to and get the claim data for an events.
