Our claims solutions business spans property, casualty, motor large organisations and niche claims, handling more than 500,000 claims per year and helping our clients control and manage more than two billion pounds of annual claims cost.

We work with insurers, brokers, MGAs and corporates to deliver high customer service and improved underwriting performance, through efficient management of the claims process.

We are the leading independently owned providers of outsourced end-to-end claims solutions, often operating on a white-label basis for our clients. In addition to our third party administration services, we provide a full range of loss adjusting, surveying, fraud detection, and supply chain solutions.

We have more than tripled our annual investment in technology and digital transformation, including our Cq claims administration platform, our video and drone claims handling solutions, as well as investing in robotics and machine learning to drive speed and efficiency.

What are our APIs?

Our API’s are a set of interfaces to allow our clients to access real time data from our claims handling systems. When we talk about our APIs we mean web APIs that allow data to travel over the internet via encrypted and authenticated HTTPs requests, served in JSON-formatted text for developers or service consumers to use in any language.

Hosted and powered by Microsoft Azure reliability, scalability and speed won’t be a concern. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to integrate your systems and business processes with ours, delivering the data you need to power your apps, backend systems, websites or M.I.

How it Works

Davies Group API’s use REST and a web hook call back pattern to notify clients of data updates, the HTTP request methods GET and POST are used to create a subscription, notify you of events you have subscribed to and get the claim data for an events.
