The challenge
A Global Bank needed to drive forward significant digital transformation within Operations and progress was slow. The client recognised that to accelerate success it had to address the change capability at all levels in the organisation specifically:
- Create a consistent understanding of roles and accountabilities for success
- Generate leadership of people that would sustain performance during uncertainty
- Cascade communications and new approaches that bring people on the journey of change
- Train Change Professionals, PMs, BAs & Product Owners in the “art of change” and what it takes to successfully implement a project end to end.
Our solution
We delivered change upskilling for critical cohorts: Executive Sponsors, Day2 Day Sponsors and Change Leaders. Tailoring learning to maximizing their impact on change and ability across stakeholder groups to:
