“On the surface 2020 has been the year of the pandemic; for us and our clients it has also been the year that we have seen changes that have been simmering for years come to the fore.”

We have been talking for many years about changes needed to help organisations grow and remain current. 2020 has acted as the catalyst for change within organisations, change which we were well prepared for.

Today’s Festive Giveaway contains useful information relating to our insights about how 2020 has influenced the evolution of many organisations thoughts, outlook, implementation of training and how those left behind look on in awe.

The learning experiences organisations provide should benefit their colleagues; so, what we think is most interesting is what colleagues are accessing on their current LMS/LXP. We won’t give any #spoilers here, but the majority are clearly passionate about their current roles and objectives and want to help their organisation get through the current challenges with their knowledge and expertise. And so do we!
