Building a Diverse Future Through Apprenticeships

The number of businesses who are developing & implementing diversity & Inclusion policies and strategies is on the rise. To explore what this means for the L&D arena and support businesses looking to improve their diversity & inclusion initiatives, we teamed up with Baltic Apprenticeships to discuss this topic.

According to Secretary of State for Education, Gavin Williamson in his January 2021 ‘Skills for Jobs’ whitepaper, apprenticeships have been transformed from a second-rate option to a prestigious choice with excellent outcomes. In our webinar we explored how businesses can use apprenticeships to support diversity & inclusion initiatives whilst developing the skills and knowledge they need for the future.
