Senior talent future leader programme

A rapidly expanding pensions provider needed  to build the careers of specific talented individuals as future executives who have a greater impact across the organisation.

The challenge

A rapidly expanding pensions provider needed to build the careers of specific talented individuals as future executives who have a greater impact across the organisation.

Our approach

A Programme entitled “Future Leaders” was rolled out to a specific cohort selected from a wider pool of talent who received “Inner Strengths” training as a pre-cursor to this Programme. It focused on:

  • How the art of leadership (mindset and attributes) underpinned high performance and people at their best
  • Building personal brand, developing as an impactful communicator, and enhancing effectiveness
  • Developing a proactive mindset and sense of ownership for bringing about change
  • Understanding design thinking, setting up change, and mobilising adoption on real projects
  • Understanding how to develop high-performing teams and foster greater collaboration across the organisation

Our impact

  • Creating a learner environment in which everyone shaped “being a Champion for Success”
  • Enhancing motivation and courage
  • Reversing the attrition rate to below the average in the Finance Sector
  • Providing the future succession plan for a series of Executive roles
  • Reinforcing the organization’s commitment to leadership development
