Within the public sector we provide insurance legal services to central government, local authorities and blue light.
Working closely with brokers, insurers and major public procurement organisations, we offer pre-litigation and litigation services in the areas of casualty, motor, abuse, disease, fraud and property / housing. Our services also extend to niche specialist legal disciplines such as costs, advocacy, crime and regulatory and environmental.
Our public sector working group continuously reassesses and enhances our public sector proposition as well as develops technical guidance, training materials and educational events tailored to the needs of those operating within the public sector.
