This year Davies is “Choosing to Challenge” on International Women’s Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness of the historical, cultural, and political achievements of women and, to inspire others to join the ongoing fight for gender equality.

Our Diversity & Inclusion Committee along with the Gender Focus Subcommittee also hosted an internal panel discussion for International Women’s Day 2021 featuring our own senior leaders, who shared their experiences on how they have chosen to challenge gender bias and promote an inclusive working environment over the years.
