Tristan Montocchio

Having worked within the financial services sector for more than four years, I have enjoyed a variety of roles within Canadian and global banks, across multiple projects. Most notably these projects include regulatory change and control mapping, middle-office business enhancements, and business analysis in a major general ledger technology implementation. As a result, I have gained a breadth of experience in change management and business transformation and will leverage this experience to provide value to clients. I really enjoy facilitating and supporting positive change for clients, through a collaborative approach using people-powered transformation practices and processes.
