I worked for a major European exchange for 19 years before joining the firm, delivering many key projects and programmes before leading the implementation of a new project management policy across the group. This included a standard project lifecycle and portfolio governance to facilitate the allocation of resources to the most important projects and the establishment of a common project language to support common understanding. As a project management specialist, I have also designed and delivered group training programmes and provided individual coaching in most aspects of the project lifecycle.  Previously I worked in insurance and as a risk consultant.
