I’m Davies’s HR and talent manager, a role focused on motivating, retaining and developing our people. I have over 10 years’ HR experience working internationally across a wide range of different sectors including manufacturing, banking and property. I started my career at Rolls-Royce where I gained significant experience in generalist HR, learning and talent management. My main focus at Davies is on supporting our employee proposition, maximising employee engagement to support our continued commitment to being a great place to work.
