Starting my career in contact centre customer service, I have advised some of our major global clients and have demonstrated an exceptional understanding of their needs when it comes to scoping and designing effective learning solutions. In my current role, I have worked closely with organisations operating within regulated industries and have been involved in leading large and complex business transformation initiatives for some of our large global clients. I have acquired several professional qualifications throughout my career and have been instrumental in one of our largest customer service transformation projects with a global furniture retailer.
