I Co-Lead the Banking & Markets EMEA Consulting Practice at Davies, responsible for a globally-reaching capability serving clients across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and MENA regions. In this role, I support complex change initiatives within the financial services sector. My passion lies in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients through collaboration with Davies teams, industry associations, regulators and market participants to create innovative and bespoke solutions. Prior to my role in consulting, I worked in Investment Banking & Capital Markets, building out a global post-trade securities financing capability. Since then, I have specialised in global legal entity change and business restructuring. My experiences encompass post-merger integrations, entity simplifications, cost transformations, business wind-downs, and regulatory compliance such as Brexit, UK Ring-Fencing, and the Basel framework. As a Partner, I am a hands-on and trusted adviser, committed to delivering high-quality, lasting results for our clients.
