I have expertise directing initiatives ranging from business acquisitions to transformations for both small and large organisations, consistently ensuring that a seamless and effective learning solution is delivered. l have a background working within learning and development, and thrive on collaborating with clients to improve their current learning offering. As a Client Experiences Consultant, I use a solution-orientated approach to project management with the client experience remaining as the core focus.
