I am a L&D professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry creating and delivering training solutions. My experience includes working with individuals and teams across all levels to develop skills to support the organisation’s business plans, delivering change management, career transition, mentoring and coaching development programs. During this time, I have advanced my experience in identifying learning needs, designing, and delivering engaging learning experiences evidenced through high quality learning evaluation, generating a positive impact on culture and performance across 50,000+ people. I am an advocate of life-long learning, my own development journey includes diplomas and certifications from industry bodies including CIPD, CISI and ILM.
