I am a learning and development professional with experience in creating digital learning content. In my role as a Digital Learning Consultant, I work to provide clients with engaging and meaningful e-learning solutions and ensure the most appropriate learning approach is taken for the organisation. My previous experience and CIPD qualification have provided me with an in-depth knowledge of different learning needs, styles and their importance when designing. I use Articulate Storyline and work with the client's brand, gaining understanding within a variety of different subject matters including DEI, compliance, mental health and onboarding, always ensuring that learning is engaging, inclusive and impactful.
