I have over four years of experience working with financial and insurance institutions performing business analysis for commercial banking operations. This experience includes over three years supporting all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including planning, analysis, designing, development, testing, implementation and maintenance using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. My expertise is in documenting functional and business requirements, conducting functional analysis, gap analysis, and change management. At Davies, my role involves understanding the business change in an organisational context and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders, as well as communicating with business and IT stakeholders.
