As a senior operations executive and professional project manager, I lead financial services firms through significant organisational change. I have an internationally-respected track record of applying industry-leading business, process, industry and product knowledge to complete cross departmental projects that increase clients’ operational efficiency, improve risk management, strengthen operational control and reduce costs.
