Ian Davis

I have worked in investment banking change management for twelve years for several tier one clients. I have worked on both business and technology change teams and collaborated with operations, collateral, repo, securities borrowing, lending, equities, derivatives, fixed income, treasury, finance and accounting - and most recently trade and transaction reporting. I have broad exposure to the SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Scrum, TOM, gap analysis and the various project methodologies and tools that underpin change in today’s business place. I am a keen contributor to innovation and believe that collaboration is key to our client’s success.
