Gowri Viswanathan

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master's in social work focusing on human resource development. I started my career with India’s leading private bank as a regional people manager helping them build a strong retail network and manage end-to-end processes. In recent years, I've worked in the training and education domain focused on developing overall learning and people experience. In my current role as project manager, I partner with Davies’s world class facilitators to deliver bar raising training experiences for our banking clients. Strong stakeholder engagement, demonstration of project ownership and insisting on the highest standards are a few of my notable traits.
