I am a marketer that has spent the past decade marketing and performing strategic functions across several business sectors, with the main emphasis on understanding consumers and consumer behaviour through big data and positioning brands or offerings to the targeted audience in the most innovative, emotive, strategic and relevant ways. This relates to the holistic customer journey (both on and offline) and creating fans that love, purchase and share the brands they value. Always focusing on the ‘why’, understanding that the 'what' and 'how' merely help achieve the brand's purpose.
