I worked in capital markets for a decade before joining the firm, managing various front-to-back functions, which allowed me to understand the issues banks face on both a macro and micro level. I now lead and facilitate complex, large-scale projects tackling these matters within tier 1 and tier 2 banks. As a post-trade specialist, I often manage projects that span the implementation of regulatory change, the development of target operating models and process improvement, and designing strategic organisational transformation. I have also designed and delivered training for leadership programmes, and coach a number of delegates including senior leaders at various institutions.
