I have over 30 years of experience across financial services and have worked as an external and internal consultant in wealth and asset management globally. I have extensive experience in strategic transformation and change across business and technology, leading operating model changes, defining deliverable products, and rescuing failing projects. I have worked as a CTO for global asset management firms, leading programmes of change in the front and middle office.
In 2021, I joined Davies and returned to a role in consulting, advising clients on identifying, designing, and implementing operating model change, working with global outsource service providers where appropriate.
