David Leen

I help CROs and COOs across the most heavily regulated sectors, particularly retail banking and consumer finance, energy, and utilities. I and my team can stand up specialist operations or SMEs to deal with both planned and unplanned situations across remediation, surge, backlog or regulatory intervention. I enjoy travelling to meet with our customers understanding how we can better support them to better support their customers. It means a lot of coffee, tea and chatting which I love.
