David brings extensive experience having founded and led three businesses, including Grovelands, before its acquisition by Davies in 2021. His career began in resource augmentation and evolved to encompass process optimisation and technology solutions. Today, he works with senior leaders at regulated firms to design strategies that combine talent, efficiency, and automation for long-term success.

His expertise lies in customer conduct and regulatory compliance, ensuring organisations deliver fair outcomes and maintain trust. David’s approach is rooted in relationships. He prioritises building strong connections with clients and colleagues, believing that trust drives opportunity and results.

David helps clients address challenges across three dimensions: deploying skilled people to resolve immediate issues, streamlining processes to remove friction, and leveraging technology to deliver sustainable solutions. David is passionate about helping firms make bold decisions in a fast-changing environment. This is where traditional long-term planning is increasingly difficult due to macroeconomic and geopolitical pressures.
