Carl Hewitt

I've worked in financial services for over 20 years, mobilising, directing and delivering strategic programmes of change in investment banks.  Having started my career in finance, I developed a passion for designing programmes and mobilising effective cross-functional delivery teams to take on significant organisational initiatives. My experience includes banking integration, offshoring, operating model work, product management transformation, establishing data analytics capability and enhancing compliance and operational risk frameworks.  Together with an academic background in organisational behaviour, my goal is to help financial services firms and their people achieve better change outcomes.
