Blaise Cardozo

I joined Davies full-time after 10 years working as an associate, delivering large-scale change programmes and a wide variety of operating model consultancy assignments for institutional asset managers, wealth managers and private banks. I have a detailed understanding of end-to-end processes and excellent problem-solving skills. My approach is collaborative, and I have the ability to influence and communicate successfully at all levels of an organisation, developing strong stakeholder relationships as a trusted adviser. Before Davies, I spent a year at the London Business School preceded by 15 years at Citigroup, having started with a military career.
