I  joined Davies in September 2021 as a HR consultant. I am a hands-on professional and have worked with Standard Chartered Bank  and consulting firm StantonChase International  in the BFSI practice,  building and nurturing long term partnerships with clients and candidates, and providing  the best value proposition to clients in executive search and assessment. In my current role  I am responsible for driving employee engagement, writing policies, onboarding, inductions, vendor-management, providing governance and oversight to manage risk with suppliers, in alignment with bank strategies.
