Annabel Miller

Since joining Davies in 2021, I have delivered a variety of client assignments. Key projects include a review of the operating model for distribution, market-sighting benchmarking of outsourced service fees and rate cards, construction of industry surveys on a variety of topics, including client reporting, managed data services and distribution operating models. I have experience analysing responses, identifying industry trends and producing reports summarising key findings. Additionally, I have worked with clients to construct system, data and function architecture diagrams, mapping out the data flows between systems and the impacts on the operating model from current to target state (post a middle and back office third party administrator migration). I pride myself on being well organised, and adept at working in an agile way across teams and deliverables.
