I have extensive experience in data analytic techniques which allows me to deliver impactful management information to improve business performance, efficiencies, and data quality. In a previous role for the UK’s largest local authority, I have developed advanced SQL and Power BI solutions to support system migrations and improve operational performance. During my time in this role, I have developed my speech analytics skills and am now competent in Callminer and Verint speech analysis software.
