I'm an outcome and people-focused change leader, specialising in transformation advice, oversight and delivery in banking. I have 15 years’ experience within major change projects and programmes using iterative and waterfall methodologies, supporting multiple functions to deliver on their business objectives. I specialise in adaptive change delivery and operating model design, working with senior business and technology stakeholders on the analysis, design and roll out of regulatory, technology and process related change and have a deep understanding of programme management, business analysis and IT development roles.
