Our client asked us to scope, map, re-size, centralise and simplify their current processes and architecture.
Our approach
We created a complete map of the client’s current and future state data flows with a clear definition and system diagram. We identified the relevant teams involved and their responsibilities and mapped the associated pain points throughout the different processes.

We provided our client with a complete Client Due Diligence (CDD) end to end process programme of work, through the analysis of both internal processes and best industry practices.
