The team performed a gap analysis by documenting the current corporate action process flow. Doing so identified the lack of automation and heavy reliance on manual functionality and controls.
Our Impact
We provided recommendations for updating to SWIFT ISO 20022 processing, implementing automation, and controls around new processes to mitigate risk.
We achieved a measurable and significant improvement of resource productivity, lower production costs and an optimised staff mix across more than 50 countries and 60 general ledgers
We helped a large Chinese bank migrate to Broadridge across all securities products including repos, stock lending and margining
Multiple acquisitions can build rapid growth, but also increasingly complex operations unless businesses create integration and data migration strategies. We delivered a post-acquisition integration and data migration programme for a global trust and corporate services provider.
