The Challenge
We were employed to perform a Risk and Solution Assessment.
Our Approach
The team performed a gap analysis by documenting the current corporate action process flow. Doing so identified the lack of automation and heavy reliance on manual functionality and controls.
Our Impact
We provided recommendations for updating to SWIFT ISO 20022 processing, implementing automation, and controls around new processes to mitigate risk.
