The challenge
The organisation had a need for its emerging talent across SE Asia to “step up”, take greater responsibility for outcome delivery, and have a greater impact outside their immediate functional area.
Our approach
A blended learning programme which builds the careers of talented individuals helping them have a greater impact across the organisation. Specifically:
- Build personal brand, develop as an impactful communicator, and enhance effectiveness
- Develop a proactive mindset and sense of ownership for bringing about change
- Value giving feedback, along with the skills to do this
- Foster seeking out and sharing best practice more widely; helping others to solve common problems and challenges
- Understand how to develop high-performing teams and foster greater collaboration across the organisation.
