“This shortlisting also comes at a very exciting time for our firm, as we are on a rapid and global growth trajectory. In the last year alone, we have appointed leading industry figures to the team, opened new Wealth Management & Private Banking offices in both Geneva and Singapore, created a new Board Effectiveness Review Framework aimed specifically at wealth managers, played a significant role in the financial crime prevention measures of a ground-breaking global credit card launch, developed a model that defines the key criteria for success in ‘transformation’ projects, collaborated with AI and machine learning specialists to create a tool that blends technology with operational and para-legal support and a new benchmarking club for industry professionals to meet and discuss best practices, particularly around digital, data and change. I am proud to lead a distinguished team, grateful to all who supported our shortlisting – and excited to see what happens at the awards event on 23rd April!”
